  • CK-Trikolor experts acquired outstanding knowledge in industrial technology related fields and have decades of experience in design, operation and safety analysis. Our company has developed methods and procedures used in the analysis of environmental and industrial risks based on national and international experience, complying with EU directives and with the requirements of domestic regulations.
  • Analysts of CK-Trikolor have domestic and international references in the field of risk analysis, related to risk analysis of hazardous industrial facilities as well as risk analysis of nuclear power plant operation. Calculations and computer modeling of risk analyzes are supported by researchers having academic background and significant theoretical knowledge. CK-Trikolor's managing directors have more than 30 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis regarding nuclear safety assessment. Our experts have participated in the development of probabilistic safety analyzes of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant units, as well as in the establishment of reliability analyzes of the operating systems and in the establishment of safety enhancements.
  • Experts from CK-Trikolor participated in the PHARE Twinning project during the introduction of the SEVESO directive in Hungary between 2000 and 2002. In a workshop, CK-Trikolor presented the method and application of quantitative risk analysis according to the SEVESO directive through the probability safety analysis of Chinoin Zrt's (now: CHINOIN Pharmaceutical and Chemical Works Private Co. Ltd.) tank storage park as an example.
  • In 2004 and in 2008, the National Directorate General for Disaster Management, Ministry of the Interior (NDGDM) has extended the licensing of the SAFETI Professional software from CK-Trikolor. Thus, central headquarter of the NDGDM and the 21 county departments use SAFETI Professional software during official evaluation and approval of safety documentations.
  • CK-Trikolor is currently the official and exclusive Hungarian sales agent of Det Norske Veritas DNV GL - Software, having up-to-date information and best applied knowledge of quantitative risk analysis. Our experts played a decisive role in the development of analytical methods for compliance with current regulations and requirements as well as in the acceptance procedure of the results by the authorities.

  • CK-Trikolor, as the official and exclusive sales agent of DNV GL - Software, provides training for software users. Upon need, our team will focus on general training, or on novelties of the software upgrades.

  • The SAFETI Professional software, approved and used for official evaluation of safety assessments by NDGDM , has been purchased and updated by several Hungarian operators and scientific institutes:

  • CK-Trikolor participated in several Romanian-Hungarian intergovernmental expert consultations related to the Rosia Montana Project.
  • In the framework of the scientific cooperation with Babeş-Bolyai University, our experts contributed to the risk assessment of Romania.
  • CK-Trikolor provided expert support to prepare the national risk survey and assessment of Hungary, as requested by NDGDM. Results were submitted to the EU complying with the required Ex ante conditionalities (ExAC). CK-Trikolor carried out risk assessments and prepared the final document.
